Vasileiou Family continues its tradition since 1932 in the production of traditional dairy products.
We modernized our traditional creamery. With respect to the consumer, we ideally combined tradition with modern technology while maintaining the excellent quality of our products. We collect, daily, fresh sheep and goat milk from certified producers.
Our 2000 sq treatment sites, meet strict quality standards, hygiene and control at all levels of production, according to HACCP standards.
PRODUCTION UNIT
Production facilities of the unit, owned in their entirety, are located between the communities of Lysimachia and Kleisorrefmata near Agrinio, just 13 km from the city center, occupying an area of 2000 m2.
The creamery has all the necessary and modern equipment. In addition, there is an appropriate laboratory equipment to ensure the quality and safety of the final product. There are also storage rooms for the final products, which are checked daily for temperature and follow the rules of good hygiene.
